Soap ( Simple Object Acess Protocol)


It is XML based Protocol Consists of Soap Message.


Soap Message

It is an XML document that contains

1. Envelope 

Define the start and end of the message and it is mandatory.

2. Header

Contains optional attributes of the message used in the processing of the message.

3. Body

Contain XML data comprising the message being sent. It is a mandatory element.

4. Fault 

An optional fault element, that provides information about errors that occurs while processing the message.
